MD Racing Products operate a continual policy of product development and reserve the right to
alter the specification without prior notice. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct description,
(including specification, or part number) of the goods ordered is notified with the order. The goods
are supplied to the manufacturer’s current specification and may incorporate any changes in
manufacture or design of the goods at any time prior to dispatch and you shall accept the goods to
the specification supplied in fulfilment of any order. We reserve the right to charge an exchange and
re-stocking fee where the correct description of the goods has not been notified.
Although every effort has been made to ensure the information in this catalogue is correct, MD
Racing Products Ltd. accept no liability for any such errors or any consequences that may arise due
to such errors.
PRICE.
Description.
Changes:
Every effort is made to make sure the
prices are held for the life of a catalogue,
unfortunately this is not always possible. The
price of the goods will be the applicable price at
the time the order is placed providing the stock
is immediately available. Where stock has to be
ordered from the manufacturer the price may
change between order and delivery. Any such
changes will be to take account of changes to
the price made by the manufacturer and/or any
charges or increased costs of supply incurred by
us. You will be notified of any such change prior
to dispatch.
Trade Discounts:
Your trade discount is applied to the RRP and
excludes any website, shop or event offers.
All retail prices include VAT, Trade prices are
+ VAT where applicable. Prices printed show
the stockist price. We have increased our
stock volumes to try and offer you the most
competitive prices. We reward customers who
commit to purchasing larger volumes.
